Don't waste your money! Everytine I try to give them another chance, same mediocre products. The workers can't figure out how to touch the spinner to the bottom of the blizzard cup. Its not that hard.... resulting in all the topping other top half and the other half being vanilla. For $5 a piece they can do better. But thats not the only issue sometimes, they don't get the order right and they don't mix it well. The franchise needs to come do some quality control work.

Service was horrible, the lady that took my order was extra rude for no reason, when I got to the window she was getting aggravated with me when I only ordered 2 ice cream and 1 fry, she forgot the fries so I went around again, she was rude for a second time then she grabbed the top of the fries without any gloves on didn’t say anything or even apologize for forgetting the fries or the wait I had, she gave a dirty look towards me even know I was trying to be nice. I even apologized for them forgetting the fries even know I had bad service.

I ordered a hamburger with light ketchup and extra onion. I was asked, "Is ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion all right on that?" I repeated my order. What I received was a cheeseburger (instead of a hamburger) with ketchup oozing out of the sides and two tiny rings of onion on a bun that must have sat exposed on the counter all afternoon. I used to like DQ burgers, but now they are less appetizing than McDonald's (and a lot pricier)! I was sorely disappointed.
