Probably just a one time occurrence, so take this with a grain of salt. The smoothies are great. Didn't get dressing from my salad. My wife didn't get a fork. She thought her quesadilla was nothing to write home about (the sauce was amazing!). Very clean and very nice staff.

All american egg wrap was very cold and this what a $2.49 side of corn looks like, maybe 2-3 little spoons. Last few visits have been disappointing to say the least

I was impressed with the different options of the menu. The salads look pretty good. I order the salty caramel smoothie and it was Yummy. The place was clean. It took a little while to get our 4 big smoothies but we forgot about the long waiting time because every single smoothie was delicious.

Almost every time I come here I place an order over an hour before I need it and 90% of the time I am still waiting an extra 15 to 25 minutes for my order which is annoying since I usually order on my lunch break at work. I will not be returning anytime soon unless it seems like they actually attempt to pick up the pace

We love this location - the smoothies are delicious and the staff is friendly and efficient.
I wanted to make a suggestion to the owner: consider teaching/empowering your staff to problem solve. It’s a life skill.
It’s Sunday morning. They are out of bananas. Bananas are a critical element to many of your smoothie products.
There are THREE staff members on duty. There is not a ton of traffic yet on Sunday morning. (In fact, one team member is on their phone.)
There is a Kroger ONE MILE AWAY. (Bananas cost $0.39-$0.59)

The smoothie was delicious. It did take almost 20 minutes to receive the food with 1 order ahead of me. Given the setup of the kitchen, we could see them working. They seemed pretty casual about completing the order - maybe it was the end of a shift?

I had a smoothie and a Quesidilla. The smoothie didn't have my supplements mixed well enough, but I know that they have new employees, so don't let this deter you from coming here. These guys do an awesome job and I usually get my items done before my ordering time that is stated when I send my order.

Horrible Service! Had a gift card so I decided to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I regret trying this one! The service was terrible. The employees were completely clueless, they were in the back tasting drinks trying to see what was what, they were completely clueless. Most disorganized mess I have ever seen. I was beginning to think my wrap was going to be ice cold by the time I was going to get my smoothie. Food and Smoothies weren't nearly what my friends hyped them up to be. I should have read the reviews first and saved my gift card for a different tropical smoothie. I may give Tropical Smoothie Cafe another chance but it will CERTAINLY NOT BE THIS LOCATION! Not to mention the lady ahead of me finally went up the counter and demanded a refund after calling in 20 minutes prior to coming in only to wait 10 minutes inside and still nothing! Horrible first impression of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, the company should do something about this terrible location!
