Good food. Parking lot is kinda dangerous. Someone walked out and stepped right in front of me as I was pulling through. Be careful or you won't get a chance to enjoy your chicken and ribs.

Food was ordered over the phone and the ready time was 10 minutes. Got there 10 minutes later. And then had to wait another 30 minutes before the food was ready. The food was delicious though

The 2 young ladies on the register are polite and attentive. The order was right on and food was the original chicken shack taste.

I think you guys owe me at least 3-4 small coleslaws. If you order a small coleslaw as an add-on for a dinner, it’s never in the bag, but you still charge $2.75 for it. You have to order it as a completely separate item or the employees don’t read it😡

Did not know chicken could taste so GOOD. BROSTED POTATOES..WOW It is pricey, but you get EXCELLENT FOOD
