So no one where’s gives , the black guy was eating while preparing food for customers , and the white girl in the picture was picking her nails over the flower . Why aren’t they wearing nets as a couple of them too ok there hands and pushed their hair back and why no gloves . Also every counter was dirty and I was the only customer

Ordered two meals today (chicken bites and chicken wings), came to $40 😯 (They charge a credit card fee due to COVID.) Messed up on one of my meals. Had to go back in rush hour traffic for the correct side. You’d think the manager would offer to take money off my bill or to give me something extra for the error and inconvenience but nothing. Had to ask them to remake the food since it was all cold by then. Total time from driving there, driving home, driving back, waiting for food to be remade and driving home was over an hour. Please pay attention to what people order as it’s an inconvenience to your customers and then not to make it right. If you say customers have to pay higher prices due to higher salaries due to rising costs, then better train your managers in customer service. I’ve ordered from this location a lot including for large family meals and I won’t be back. Feeling like a very unvalued customer. 👎🏼 Will spend my hard earned money at other businesses instead!

We’ve been here so many times and it was good. Today new employee didn’t bring our order and waiting long time. Figure out he delivered it to another table and no words to us excuse or sorry. After long wait he brought broken order, less pieces and less side order. So disappointed service and seems like wrong hiring processed. Finally brought correct amount that we ordered.
