Kind of a strange place. Never been before and thought I’d grab a drink. 2/4 menus were off leaving bubble tea and smoothie options with no prices listed. Ordered a bubble tea, it came with a bug floating in it. The young lady working quickly went in the back and made another. It was ok but not worth $6 and I couldn’t help but wonder if the bug was in the tea jug in the back. There was coffee equipment; would have rather ordered a coffee but with no menu showing it I didn’t.

Got a horchata milk tea. Flavor of the tea is good but the tapioca pearls are notably bland and weirdly firm. Wanted to give a shot since this place has been here for ages, but would not come here again for boba.

This is the worst restaurant i have gone to in a long time! The wait time was horrible. The smoothie has nothing real in it and tastes fake. I ordered the tropicana smoothie with orange, banana and mango.... she put three types of frozen yogert in it. No fruit. She had my order, toasted my bagel, and then turned on the grill!!! I always try to shop local but this place is horrible. It wasn't even busy. She was out of Tapioca balls, vegie cream cheese, and green onion cream cheese. The actual Bagels were very good but the rest of the food and experience was horrible.

The cashier was very sweet. And gave me many options to choose from. The strawberry popping boba was very good, and we enjoyed the ice cream!!

This place is horrible and way overpriced , for 2 kids over $25 dollars!! The yogurt smelled so bad like a dirty rag maybe when they cleaned the machine….. I KNOW THE PLACE VERY WELL, also came for the bagels that they have from Elain’s Bagels in Troy , it is the same owner that own Elain’s Bagel shop in Troy, used to go to Elain’s for years and when new ownership changed , everything got really bad. Love supporting local private own businesses, but this one has gone really bad. Everything that they sell is not fresh and all fake flavors, nothing is made with any real fruit. Clean lines in this place don’t exist. All of the 5 star reviews most be from family members or friends!! I am surprised that they are still in business. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere els.

This place is terrible, the ice cream has no flavor or tastes like soap(blue moon) My wife and I got ice cream and for the two of us it was $25! That is just insane, our bowls were not that full, no I am not a person that just wants everything for free, I work for my money and would rather have a bum use it for TP than spend it at this place. Save your money and go to anywhere else.

went in with friends, for ice cream and bubble tea. Really enjoyed it, but wish they had more sugar free ice cream.
