Bangkok Cuisine Inc

A good representation of Thai cuisine though there is a little inconsistency on spicy level from week to week. The Thai fried rice and Pad Thai are very good but the Pad Prik (peppers, onions and brown sauce) and Pad See ewe?(thick noodles with sweet brown sauce) are our family's favorites to order. Sometimes the medium plus is more like a hot, and other times the hot spice level is more like a mild plus, so its like driving in Michigan in a convertible during March...unpredictable. The Troy location is a bit more consistent, but I don't have a way to give 4 and 1/2 stars...

Very disappointing! I used to eat here all the time. Since they can only do carry out they do not seem to take pride in their food. The chicken is overcook and barely cut into pieces. The thai ice tea had less than a quarter cup of tea the test was ice. The rice seems hard and falls apart now. Also, they haven't put water chestnuts in my dish for months now. I know they have them because that's all my child eats. Thai Inn is a bit farther away but I think I'll have to start making the trip.

I ordered a drunken roodle from here. Had it many times other places. When I got home with my dish I noticed it had a strong plastic like taste. I called and told them, expressing that it may have been from the container. The lady initially said I could come in and order something else, and then while I was apologizing for the fus and about to place an order, she said they close in 10 minutes and hung up on me.... never going again.

I just got home after picking up my food and the plastic had broken into the container (see attached photos). i called them to let them know what happened and i was told that "I NEED TO BRING THE FOOD BACK" to prove to them what happened. I informed the front desk lady that i have young kids at home and unable to get back so please just save a credit for next time as i am a regular there. If needed, i will save these pictures for next time. She proceeded by telling me the following- "this is the policy that I have been trained to follow as advised by the owners" I am very disappointed with the customer service of this person, you just lost a loyal customer today.

Thai iced tea and chicken pad Thai are excellent here. I ordered a few different pad Thais the other day with different spice levels and all of the containers were labeled EXACTLY as to their spice level and any modification they had. I loved this so that we could tell who’s was who’s. One of the best places to get Thai!
