Buffalo Wild Wings

Good food and service. I had the Brisket Tacos 🌮 and a six piece order of Teriyaki boneless wings with nachos as a side. Ginger beer 🍻 as a beverage. I sat at the bar but seating was available. A large group of people behind me were seated right away. Though the counter was clean, the restaurant shows signs that the customers are rough on the place. Being a sports bar, it can be loud, especially with the music 🎶 turned up. Prices reasonable. Multiple games being broadcast on tvs.

I had ordered food for pick up at the rochester location. I was unable to place an order online because it wasn't available for that store, which is fine. I just called and placed an order over the phone. When I picked it up I noticed they made the wrong food. It was a honest mistake. I ordered 2 brisket burgers and instead they made 2 brisket sandwiches. The manager said they can give me the sandwiches for free and just pay for the other stuff I ordered or they can make the.correct order. I asked for the correct order. I was told that it was going to be a half hour wait and there was nothing they could do to speed it up. Even though it was their mistake. I said okay I'll wait. After about 20 minutes the manager called me and said my food was ready. She said that she caught them while they were making it and they changed the order so everything was all set. She said she took the cost of one of the burgers off for the mistake but not the other because she felt that I didn't wait that long. Those were her own words. I got home and realized they never changed the order. It was still the wrong order, the manager lied to me about it, Threw the food in the bag on its side and let me wait an extra 20 minutes for no reason. I go there often with my family. We enjoy going there and always have a pleasant experience. I can certainly understand being shirt staffed and real busy but why lie and treat your customers this way?

We loved going here for eat in and takeout, but in the past few months things have gone downhill. Last 4 or so orders have been takeout and something has gone wrong with all of them. The first one I received the completely wrong order. Contacted the store and management was more than happy to fix it for me. Things happen, no big deal. Next order was not very good. Last week we decided to order again after work for an easy dinner, food was good except we were missing a piece of the order and there was hair in our salsa. I decided to try again one last time today for a quick lunch, and items I specifically asked to be removed from my sandwich were still there. Don’t think I will be returning to this location for awhile. Too bad, we used to really enjoy coming here.

We got take-out at Buffalo Wild Wings on a Friday night. They told us it would be an hour wait, which is reasonable for a Friday night. However, when we got our food, the fries tasted like they'd been under a heat lamp for several hours. They were chewy and mushy. The chicken was fine but we couldn't eat the fries. We won't come back to this particular location.

I just don't understand how this chain remains in business. Every time I've eaten there the food - especially the wings - has been gross. The boneless wings are dry and there's no flavor to the "original buffalo sauce" - just heat. The 10 piece boneless bundles comes with "maybe" three full-sized pieces. In other places, these are called nuggets. The fries? They were cold and disgusting. The "traditional wings" are tiny. Never again.
