Slow and sat in line for over 30 minutes and the person at the windows was rude. There were four of them there and they were thing that long to get 7 cars through. And just sitting there the cars were backing up behind us all the way to Burger King. Would have been better off going there if we did'nt order on the app.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt like it was necessary after my experience last night with my family.
Around 1am this morning, we went through the drive-thru, and we placed a relatively large order. To begin, the brunette lady working the drive-thru was very off-putting. She kept trying to rush us while we were placing our order, and she didn’t seem very customer friendly. Whatever. We placed our order, and we got our food. We noticed a lady in front of us didn’t get their full order because she walked up to the drive-thru window as we were getting our food, so we decided to park and check our order. Surely enough, we were missing a beefy melt burrito. No worries. Things happen. They were busy. I get it. So I went up to the window to ask for the burrito I was missing, and right away, she was rude. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience as if it was convenient for me to have to walk up there and ask for the remainder of my order I paid for (keep in mind, the line was incredibly long so I was not about to wait in line again for one burrito). Anyways, I got my burrito, but there was no sauce? Just meat, cheese, and red strips? What about the nacho cheese and sour cream? Anyways, we ate our food and left. Don’t waste your time here. The drive-thru lady is incredibly rude and should not be allowed to work customer service, and they messed up not only our order, but the lady in front of us too. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before. That was my first job. I understand it gets stressful, but there just simply is no excuse to be rude to a customer just wanting the order they paid for. I wasn’t rude. A simple apology and correction would’ve been ideal.

Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and by the time we got to the window they were out of half of what we wanted to order. No apology for the inconvenience and I realize there are staffing shortages but this was an overall terrible experience. Shut down the drive through if you can’t handle it on a Sunday afternoon.

Prices are double the Taco Bell menu. I think I had fiesta potatoes advertised on the menu at 1.79 sold for 2.39 OVER $30 for a lunch! Terrible price. Food is good, service is nice but slow.

Multiple times you can get OK food, but more often than not you get charged for items you do not receive. They want you to drive all the way back for a refund. What is the point in "fast food" if I have to go twice to get it.
When you try to talk to someone, it's like talking to a wall because they are to busy trying to prove someone wrong, than listen to the actual complaint.

I just got food at thos location and it was great. I asked if the fries were soggy or crispy and they told me they would drop a new batch for me which was crispy. I thought that was really awesome and great customer service. I also spoke with jacob in the drive through and he was super friendly and able to answer all my questions down to the t. This is the type of service i would expect to see at a 5 star steak house not a fast food place. Keep up the great work guys! Also as a business owner i would suggest giving these guys a raise and treating them well. Good help is very hard to find these days. I just visited a fast food place that sells chicken nearby and received very terrible service. The employees at this taco bell are the kinds of people you want running your business for you!

Whoever was working the window last night (Easter sunday) around 8:30 was the bomb. When we pulled up to order he immediately told us what they were out of and was super kind and accommodating. Another customer got angry at the amount of food they were out of (ridiculous imo considering it was a national holiday at 8:30 at night) and drove over the lawn around us as we pulled up to the window. The cashier took it like a champ, completely unphased, and cracked some super funny jokes while he got our order together. He genuinely made me and my fiancés night. My receipt said his name was Alan, but his vibes are definitely giving Chad. I will go out of my way to come to this taco bell from now on.

Yoooooo! Just had the best experience at this Taco Bell since moving to the area! A friendly greeting at the drive through, the order came out exceptional! My cheese quesadilla with extra cheese was on point. I’d post a picture but we woofed down that bell before we could process our next move… which was to write this review. Thanks y’all!
