Great place for birthday parties. Kids and adults enjoy their time here. Fun: Lots of games that entertain kids from 2+ years. They have thought about kids of all ages. Rarely, some games aren't working and that could be disappointing. Most importantly, the entry and exit is monitored, so you need not worry about your kid sneaking out of the store. Kids love collecting the tickets and then bargaining with parents for gifts. The gifts we get in exchange aren't of great quality but kids and parents enjoy the process. Food: Pizza, although slightly expensive (than Domino's) is very tasty and made fresh. Lots of coupons available online. Staff: is very friendly and considerate. Party assistants are gentle and very nice with kids. Chuck-e-cheese mouse: is center of attraction here. He's cool and kids generally love him. Occasionally, younger kids might be afraid, but he makes all efforts to make them happy. There is time for small dance with simple steps, there is time for photo and hi-fi's etc. He also distributes tickets, something, that makes kids happy. Party planning: Please check out types of parties on Chuck E cheese website. They have 3 hours slots starting 11.00 am in the morning. A point to note is there may be other parties going on along side of yours. Simultaneous parties can be taxing on the assistants and this may delay getting extra food for your party. So planning ahead and getting a headcount is a good idea. Overestimating for food and drinks is OK because Pizza is tasty. You can bring extra food home. Overall, I find all the kids and parents are super happy to play and spend time here.

Their food is fine (not amazing but not nasty either) and kids love the games! The staff was struggling today though. There were 4 staff members standing behind the counter having a very animated social conversation while we were waiting with our sons for them to exchange tickets for prizes. The staff members would look at us, make eye contact, and then go back to their social conversation and ignore that we were waiting. The staff out in the floor were great, but the behind the counter staff could not be bothered with customers.

We went on 12/3/2018. The kids had a blast. Look on their page and you will find coupons that they can scan right off your phone. We were able to get 2 pizzas, 4 drinks, and 2 1 hr unlimited gaming for about $69.00. The people working were very kind. I found the pizza tasted good, and it was nice to take the kids someplace where they could burn off some energy before checking into our hotel.
