We stopped at the Marriott subway level Cinnabon around noon today 3/7. Just ordered 2 coffees and a pepperoni. Had we observed the employees there is no way we would have ordered. None of the 3 employees were wearing masks. Didn’t see any tongs, just unloved hands grabbing the food. This is in the Mayo Clinic subway system and although I realize they have no control over these businesses, they should be aware that masks are required in the area. A very disgusting visit. There is no excuse!

Witnessed employees yelling at several customers for various reasons. Employees flat-out refusing to serve customers based on personal beliefs (employee doesn’t think a cup of water is as sanitary as a bottle, so will only sell bottles of water). Shouted at separate customer because they “haven’t had time to make” the item he asked for (once). An unbelievably poor experience. Occurred 12/6 around 10:30-11 am.

We visited the Mayo Clinic location when we were having tests done Thursday morning 7/1… the man that was helping us had great customer service! He was friendly on a day that I really needed it… he is the type of employee anyone should be proud to have representing their company… I don’t usually write reviews but the food was great and the person working really deserves to get recognized for being so friendly and helpful

Seriously disappointed. Online hours say Monday-Friday 6a-5p. I got there at 6am to pick up rolls to treat my coworkers and the store was gated up and dark. No sign of anyone getting ready to open or preparing rolls...nothing. I finally asked employees from another shop in the subway if the hours were listed wrong or if they knew what time it was supposed to open. I was told it was hit or miss as to what time, or even IF, they would open on any given day. Then I read the reviews for this site and I see this has been a problem for years. So, it can’t be blamed on the pandemic. Oh well, I guess I just saved $$$.

Went there at 6:10 to find out that the hours are wrong. They don't open until 6:30. I hope someone will correct the hours so other don't waste their time. I didn't have time to wait. Based on my observation, the one employee was not going to have the rolls ready any time soon. I couldn't smell them baking. This chain is such a disappointment. I love the product, but they have very few stores, and I rarely get there. The prices are astronomical which I don't mind if the quality is there, but it's hit or miss. The profit margin has to be incredibly high. I don't understand why they don't have more locations like they did back in the 80's. It will likely be years before I stumbled upon another store.

Cinnabon has gotten so much business lately that on occasion, they run out of cinnamon rolls, thus the reason you may have to wait for one, but waiting for a fresh one is NOT a bad thing. At least they are hot and gooey and delicious. Cinnapacks, I'll have you know, are not always going to be baked fresh. They have a shelf life of seven days after sale, and we only keep them on OUR shelves, for ONE DAY. So no, the packs aren't fresh, they have to cool to be properly frosted. Included in the sale is and INSTRUCTION SHEET on how to properly reheat them, which gives you the exact same taste and look and FEEL of a fresh cinnamon roll. Cinnabon is a BAKERY for cinnamon rolls, you cannot expect them to always be fresh in a pack. That's why they have PACK DAYS ON THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS where we sell FAIRLY FRESH PACKS FOR $10-$12 instead of normal price. Also this location had a manager change, therefore any of you who visited us from December to March received fairly terrible services. Now, there is new management and everything is much better, fresher, and friendlier! High reviews on this location, I would recommend it to ANYONE and suggest you try it if you've never had it before! :)
