Subway

I was in this location today to get my son a sandwich for lunch. First the guy behind the counter made a turkey sandwich when I said a turkey italiano on white “he got an attitude because I corrected him” Second I explained I was in a hurry to get out because it was my son’s lunch at school. Then he started talking saying I was a rude customer, and he was the only one in the store. I said that was not my fault I was not his boss, and didn’t make the schedule. Still he kept on talking to the customer behind me like I was not there calling names etc.... Third I asked the young lady who was nice, and respectful when the manager was in, then he started in again talking which got me even more angry! This store is a joke and no one and I mean no one should frequent it with the attitude of that employee !

Employees are wonderful but they suffer a staffing issue. Have had to close early at least 3 times in the last month due to closers not showing up. Should always have two staffed for the dinner rush if not through close. And after discussions with staff, apparently corporate doesn't think they merit two people in the evening. Yet they can't stay open during their business hours. And yes; Today is one of those days. For shame corporate. Really big let down from a really big company. And know you aren't hiring for this location which is just sadder since this side of town is still expanding.

The location is convenient, the young man making the sandwich was decent but the manager was horrible she stared off into space, ask if I wanted to make it a meal and I said I yes would. She completely ignored my response. This is at 2nd attempt at this location. The 1st was far worsed mainly ( two pieces of the there plastic glove in my sandwich ) when I called to speak to the manager she said wasn't the one who made the sandwich. She completely ignored the major issue of plastic glove in my sandwich.

The food? Great. But the manager? She was pretty rude, not to me - but to the employee handling the cashier. I was there at 11:20-40am. She didnt know what buttons to press for the free sub discount card, and the lady jusy yelled at her before telling her what to put in, in front of a whole bunch of people in line. Seriously wasnt a pleasant time. Ruined my trip there.

Terrible experience here today! We walked in at 3:15 on a Sunday not a sole in line and there was a girl was putting bags in the garbages and the boy was walking back and forth looking unsure of himself (he may have been new).We waited for 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us! After the boy started taking our order he looked to the girl for assistance and she just continued to put the bags in the garbage cans! It took almost 20 minutes for 2 six inch sandwiches and a salad. We went to find a seat to sit and eat but ALL tables were dirty! Very disappointing!!!!

No greet. I said hello, she stared off into space. Told her I wanted a foot long with cheese on the top. She pointed at the sign. I corrected myself with the correct terminology. Wanted extra napkins as they aren't available in the dining area. She said they came with the sandwich. One. Got the meet ball sub. I needed more than one napkin. Poor customer service. Go to a different store please. This is the first one star I have given.

Love my subway but the customer service is terrible at this location. My wife ordererd a 6" veggie and the lady said are you sure you want a veggie its 4.99. Before anything was added to the sub my wife and I noticed the footlong veggie was also 4.99 so my wife requested another 6". No one else was in line and they made a big deal about it. The first lady shook her head and was mumbling stuff. Me and my daughter were sharing a footlong and our veggies were different on each side which wasnt in an issue but then asked for chipotle on the non-cheese side and she put it on the wrong side. I then asked her if she could just put it on the whole thing and she responded with you told me to just put it on half now you want it on the entire sub. I said yes because you put it on the wrong side. Very messy sub. Half the veggies werent in the sandwhich.
