Chipotle is better and cheaper. Pancheros charges 8.75 for a burrito and Chipotle charges 8.15. Also got the pico salsa from Pancheros and it was only tomatoes with a little bit of onions and cilantro. No peppers or salt which I think is weird.

A cafeteria-style Mexican eatery. Food was decent, even though less than fresh, environment bright and colorful, although the floors could have used some minor pickup. Could be an excellent location with a little attention to detail and an employee paying attention to when people come in.

I just ate my burrito from pancheros. The rice was fair. The burrito would have been better if it wasn't for all the meet juice. As I ate the burrito a stream of juice came out the other end . I had to hold the food in one hand all the time because it was so soggy it was falling apart. I had to use the napkins and wash my hands.

Do not recommend! Only take out & delivery service.
They are charging DOUBLE for an extra scoop of their already small portions of meat
Rice was mushy
The chicken, thankfully, was freshly cooked
No lettuce
Chips aren't made in house
Less food than they serve at Chipotle and more expensive

I've attempted to call and order online/through their app multiple times and:
- They never answer their phone so I don't even know if they're open.
- Attempting to order online/through the app is unsuccessful because it always says "temporarily unavailable" for this location.
I have tried the above multiple times on different days of the week and different times. It's unacceptable to not answer the phone no matter what, while not accepting online orders might be excusable but still very inconvenient.

Bad service and they literally force they’re employees to work no matter the condition they’re in and plus their restaurant is just a copy of chipotle. Which is way you should go to chipotle instead of here because this place is not it fam.

Called to complain about how my burrito was not wrapped barely at all and the manager refused to believe me and insisted he never saw such a thing and that he was on line the past 2 hours when I had just been in not even 10 minutes earlier. If you want mediocre management and worse employees come here!
