I don't know how anyone can write a bad review. I have been there hundreds of times I feel like. At all times of the day and night the staff is always amazing the food is always great. Yes there have been some mistakes but I've never left upset. I've always been extremely happy with the staff and always recommend this particular Denny's to people new in town. This Father's Day we went there and they were slammed packed but they got us in and helped out a lot. And even though they were extremely busy no mistakes were made and the service was fast. They're awesome and definitely my favorite restaurant in Rochester. I think most of these complaints that I see on here are actually directed towards the South store. Because even though I literally live right behind the South one I always go to the north one. The South one has forgotten us many times and would often be really slow at service. But the north the Denny's is amazing. If you get Jenna (she is hard worker) or Jenny (is so sweet) in the morning you are bound to be in for a good time. And if you get Adam at night you are going to get great service.

The food is absolutely amazing. I've only been there twice. And both times were while getting treatments done at the Mayo Clinic. The amount of food you get for a relatively low price incredible. The food is absolutely delicious. I only wish that we had a Denny's in my hometown or home area. We have a few small diners which are absolutely amazing but I would love for them to replace the Arby's we have 4 a Denny's or heck you can replace Burger King for a Denny's either or I will be happy with whichever one goes away

Usually when I go it's not too busy, friendly staff, decent wait times, and the food is good for what you pay. The place is an average Dennys that meets expectations. Good quick sit down spot that's cheap. Can't complain about anything really
