mcdonald's has always been a favourite restaurant for me; however, their customer service varies. sometimes, their lobby is open, and other times it is closed; but being notified to dine-in in advance is always useful. i would recommend not driving a distance only to see a 'our dining room is closed
Orders rarely correct. The overcharge on the bill simply added to a negative experience.
