Mcdonald's

My son and I showed up at 10:25 to order breakfast. Knowing that we were cutting in close to the end of breakfast. I went to the counter ot order. Only 1 worker was in sight and promptly went out of site. There was no one to take our order. So then, we went to the kiosk. I've done this at other locations without a problem. It wouldn't let us order. I changed kiosks, same thing. Now it's 10:30 and breakfast is done. We could order lunch just fine, but we weren't there for lunch. There was even a worker in the lobby but never once even looked to me to see that I was clearly having trouble with the kiosk. Service at this location specifically has for the most part been subpar in my experiences but this is a new low. I will not return to this location.

McDonald's I think you're on your last leg. Two sub par meals and the tab was almost $18.00. the service was ok and the crispy chicken patty was fresh but the weird mayo the soggy lettuce, the tiny Roma tomato slices and the potato bun are suspicious. The fries while always salty left me feeling empty. McDonald's is like eating cheap Chinese food. U feel sick and then hungry in the next hour. McDonald's you need to get with the times.

mcdonald's has always been a favourite restaurant for me; however, their customer service varies. sometimes, their lobby is open, and other times it is closed; but being notified to dine-in in advance is always useful. i would recommend not driving a distance only to see a 'our dining room is closed,' but the drive-thru is a second possibility.

I love the sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffins, but I don't like that I have to wait over 6 minutes for them when there isn't a lot of customers in the drive thru. I was the only car in drive thru and they decided to take my money give me my drink, and told me to pull around and my food would be right out. So sad because the other McDonald's in town have never sent me to go wait to make 4 breakfast sandwiches.

This facility says it’s open inside on the door, on their windows, and even here on the website. I walk there in 5 degree weather to pick up food for my mom from the hospital and it’s locked. One of the staff members came out to deliver an order to someone and I asked if they were open inside. He said no and I asked why it said they were open inside then. He proceeded to ignore me and walk back in. When I decided to try to do a curbside pick up. They wouldn’t bring it to me because I wasn’t in a car. It shouldn’t matter in my opinion, I’m paying you!! 🙄
