The employees are awful! This is the 2nd time in a month I have been to Jimmy John’s and they’ve made our orders incorrect! Asking for simple things like EXTRA Mayo and Mayo packets along with PAYING for extra meat and cheese on a sandwich and there is no extra meat/cheese…thank you for screwing me out of my money! I will NOT be going back to this location….they’re absolutely awful!

Terrible rushed service. Two of 2 orders screwed up. Rude workers. Toppings? What toppings...couldn't communicate to workers what you wanted because you didn't know what sandwich they were on. LOUD music. Wasted $15 on mediocre sandwiches that were not what we ordered. NEVER AGAIN!

Jimmy John’s has definitely come up in the world since having options other than a white bread made with high fructose corn syrup. Now- it’s bread is made with sugar.....still not needed, but improved. There are several bread options, or just lettuce which is a huge plus. They are still fast as lightening at making subs.

Friendly staff. Easy to get in and get out. Received exactly what we ordered in a timely manner. Delicious little John options! Cannot use pay by phone at the window. Must go inside.

The wait is extremely reasonable and a non-issue given that the line is usually 5 cars deep. But more amazing is that years later, I have never had a sub made wrong!!! Amazing!!!!!
