This place is cheap, in price and quality. Chewy crust, and did I forget to mention the awful customer service? Placed an order with the pickup name-Alexa (yes like Amazon) and after bringing my order home realized they had written Alexis Texas as the name on the order. It blatantly disrespectful, demeaning, and just plain rude. Won’t be eating here again, there’s a lot better quality in other places in Rochester.

Simply amazing pizza. I don’t know how they keep it so cheap because it is honestly way better than most delivery pizzas. Great service at the counter too. A lot of young guys working there and they do a heck of a job

Great vaule for great tasting pizza.
I would recommend calling ahead to insure your pizza is ready for pick-up.
Delivery would also be a nice option.

The employees seemed very friendly and seem to keep very busy. Only cheese pizza is $5, but they have a large variety, along with different specials it seemed. The parking lot is full of holes and the inside atmosphere could use a little work. I remembered before they would have ready to go pizzas, they didn't have them on a Tuesday around 5, so you'll probably have to wait for pizza, or out your order in over the phone. Would go again!

The first time I tried 5 Dollar Pizza was when some friends ordered it for their house party. There were a number of different styles they had ordered, and I enjoyed what I ate. It didn't stand out as better than other pizza places. The next time I ordered pizza and went to pick it up for lunch. It was hot and ready when I arrived, the guy working was friendly enough and the place was clean. It was simply a pepperoni pizza, and tasted as expected, but nothing overly memorable. My most recent order went the same way. Pepperoni pizza, nothing overly memorable. I have discovered that IMHO the dough is very flour-y and dry, without a lot of flavor. I don't like leaving reviews for less than 5 stars, but after several attempts, this is a pizza place where you get what you pay for. It's less expensive then other places around town, and if you just want a cheap pizza fix, go for it. However, I do enjoy a number of other pizza options, and I'm happy to pay a few extra dollars for the difference in flavor.

This was my first experience after hearing it had awesome pizza....well I was very disappointed. Non of the workers wore gloves and they all were making pizzas in between adding pizza toppings and rolling out pizza dough the pulled up there pants adjusted there hats and ran there fingers through there hair as well as ate and drank while standing right next to where the pizza was being cut and boxed. When I asked them to please put in gloves and remake my pizza they acted annoyed and as if I were asking them to do something horrible. I work in the food industry and know that this is not only disgusting but a health risk. My family will not go back until policies are changed.

Pizza was cold and separated when I tried eating even though I ordered in person. Almost looked like it was premade? The cinnistix were good though and fresh. May try it again in the future, but for now I'll stick to the mainstream pizza shops...
