Mostly good, staff is great. The wait time on a weekend night was like 2 hrs, which is understandable so plan ahead. They did however, change something with their vegetarian burger formula. Its still good, but not great. Small qualm though.

Very friendly people working there and the food was out really quickly! The Kevin Bacon cheeseburger was amazing! The seasoned fries are great too! Quirky interior and nice outdoor patio gives Hot Chip a very relaxed atmosphere!

I love love love this place! Just moved to town 2 months ago and have ordered there several times already. They are top notch. Awesome menu options, especially if you're vegan, but either way you're in good hands. And they always have a smile and great attitude when they bring the food out!

The Hot Chip Burger Bar took the Best Burger title away from Newts and for a reason. The burger I had was awesome. The burger my spouse had was so big she couldn't finish it all. These are good burgers, well made burgers, lots of fries, and hot pickles. Our waitress was friendly, outgoing, and she helped make the place a real enjoyable bar. Is it better than Newt's? Well, Newt's is special for me, but the food at the Hot Chip Burger Bar is tough to beat.

Real ground beef burgers with high quality, fresh pickles onions and tomatoes. I enjoyed the outdoors seating and music while dining. Employees were very friendly and professional.

We ordered take out! It was great. We love that there is fun options in both meat and meatless options. They have great vegan burgers too! They had some outside and brought the order to us and we paid right from our car. They did a great job!

We came to Rochester Minnesota for some medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic we are vegan and Hot Chip burger bar has the best vegan Burgers I've ever tasted! The quality of the food, friendly service, super friendly staff! You will not be disappointed with this place. We have eaten here every day for one week we love it I wish we could bring this place back home to New York City.
