One of the best non costal sushi places I’ve been to! I’ve finally found a place in Rochester, MN with great sushi. Our favorite roll that we ordered was the Ootori, delicious! The waitstaff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

Best sushi in town. Pink Lady roll is our favorite. The owner, who is usually there, is really great. Never had a bad experience here or a roll we didn't like. Teriyaki is good too!

Pros- both the rolls we ordered were very good (I got the escolar/super white tuna roll, my partner got the signature "hidden dragon roll"). Small but decent wine selection. Friendly waitress.
Cons- crab Rangoon we ordered was definitely of the frozen variety, and took a solid 40 minutes at least to arrive to the table after ordering. If they're using premade /frozen stuff for apps, youd think those would come out fairly quickly. They were very understaffed and what we thought would be a quick bite to eat turned into a multiple hour excursion.
Likely won't visit again for dine in but may try take out if other options aren't available.
