The Tap House

Downtown bar and eatery with a ton of character and such great personal service. Highly recommend the downtown location, the others just have more of a bland corporate feel. The menu is classic American bar food, our only disappointment was that there's only a single dessert (mini donuts). However, the extensive seasonal cocktail menu more than satisfied our sweet tooth. The Campfire White Russian was the biggest hit, but we enjoyed trying several different drinks.

Casey is the best. This is my second time coming to Tap House and I had a great experience both times. The food was great, this time I had the macho nachos. And the bartender Casey was perfect. I had a Tito's and lemonade, she basically gave me a cup of Tito's with a splash of lemonade. Which is perfect for me being the heavy drinker of that I am. Wife had a burger and loved it, which is saying a lot because she's a picky eater. Great environment competitive pricing. It's looking like tap house is going to become my go-to place for a night out.

Went out on a dinner date with my daughter. We had the L A street steak tacos and I paired it with a Loon Juice Sangria white cider my daughter had a blackberry lemonade. The ambience and service were great! During our visit there were bird sounds outdoors and the quieted down as the evening went. We enjoyed our night out!

I've been to this location numerous times and have never had an issue with the food nor service. However, I recently chose to go to this location and the service was absolutely terrible. I personally have serving experience and am normally very lenient with the service I receive at restaurants, but in this situation I felt that I needed to leave a review. First off, our table was not greeted for nearly 15min and the only time I ever caught our servers name was on our bill at the end of the meal... Never got a friendly welcome or introduction. On a weekend or busy night, I would be more than understandable, but in this circumstance we were maybe one of 5 tables in total there. Additionally, we received our appetizer prior to even getting our drinks and had to remind our server numerous times to even order our meals in a timely manner... Throughout our meal, we were never approached asking how our food was, or if we needed anything else. Our waters were only refilled once while we were in the process of paying our bills not while we were eating our food. I'm very disappointed and sad to say that I will probably never eat at this location anytime soon.
