Their irresistible hot chocolate and delectable donuts have consistently exceeded my expectations, making each visit a truly delightful experience. The hot chocolate at Dunkin Donuts is nothing short of perfection. With its rich and creamy texture, it warms both the body and soul. Savoring the smooth chocolatey goodness is a heavenly indulgence that I simply can not resist. But let's not forget the star of the show—the donuts! Dunkin' Donuts has truly mastered the art of crafting these delectable treats. Each bite is a burst of flavor and freshness. From classic favorites like glazed and chocolate frosted to unique creations like Boston cream and jelly-filled, their wide variety of donuts ensures there's something for everyone. What sets Dunkin' Donuts in Rochester apart is not only the quality of their offerings but also the exceptional customer service. The friendly and attentive staff consistently greet me with a smile, making me feel like a valued guest. They are always ready to assist in selecting the perfect donut assortment or ensuring my hot chocolate is prepared to perfection. Specially Farhan. The staff (he is from McQuaid students, Farhan) are kind and respectful and also super helpful. I like to come when he is there because he is so sweet and super helpful.

It's donuts and coffee. It's good. It's also sandwiches and easy breakfast or snack. Fast service and friendly. Get your fix

I love this Dunkin! This is the only Dunkin in all of Rochester that knows how to make a frozen coffee perfect! They always have friendly and fast service. Other Dunkin’s you get attitude when they take your order. Not this one! I love how everything is perfect from beginning to end of your visit! Will always come to this one! I appreciate you all working hard at Dunkin!

Best Dunkin!! Never messes up, food is always hot and doesn't taste like dirty ovens !! They're clean and extremely friendly!! Will literally drive to the other side of the city just to go to this one!

I had to wait here while my car was at a local mechanic's place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was quick even though the drive-through was busy. It was clean and I had a comfy chair and little table to myself. They are changing their menu, so be prepared for that. :)

I just came in for a few drinks for my family and the way i was greeted through the drive through was so nice! When i got to the window unfortunately i didn’t catch her name but she had really bright pink hair, she was so nice she complimented my car and style. She made really nice conversation and listened to me after i had a bad day, she also offered ways for myself to have a good night i thought that was so sweet and above and beyond. A worker i think her name was casidy also was very polite she also complimented my car! Not only that but i saw the other two workers working on my drinks, one had a cool among us yellow pin and the other had a blond and brown hair bun tied up. They were very quick and efficient with it and they tasted amazing!! Usually when i come in mornings for my drink it’s always too little or to much. Def coming more at night! Needless to say they all made my night, i cant wait to keep coming at night to those people! So professional and definitely on top of everything! I hope they read this when i say thank you so much!!

Was at the drive through on 12/31 afternoon and Gabbi couldn't have been nicer! Thank you Gaby and All, for being so great 🙂 (not sure how to spell name 🙃) btw folks the sourdough breakfast Sammie is delish! Who knew?!

I had a delicious breakfast watching friendly patrons and friendly staff. I was impressed with how manager gave kind and constructive feedback to her staff. She kept her team moving like a well oiled machine.
