Dunkin'

The workers at this location are extremely kind and always willing to fix your order if they don't have something in stock. Just today their oven was broken and they gave us an extra donut and said if we came back later we could get the rest of our order, and we did and it was great!! And they are always so nice and friendly, by far my favorite dunkin because the staff is super kind!!!

Was in on a Saturday morning after shopping for basics at a new DGX. The manager was on duty by himself, which was fine because buisness was light. He was extremely patient with the very challenging customer in front of me. Because of local covid change laws the dining area had been forcibly closed by state and health governments. Same is true of all local restaurants in citu limits. He allowed me to sit my groceries ( not me,but the paper bags)while ordering in the overturned seats in the dining area. He offered and gave large plastic bags for my paper ones so I cold carry both my dunking food and my groceries home. He did not have to do this and it was not expected. He went above and beyond. Food was excellent coffee was excellent customer service superb.

The employees were friendly, happy, and helpful. They made a small mistake with our order at first, and readily admitted their mistake, apologized, and were very cordial. The employees all seemed to have a great attitude, even though they appeared to be in the process of training at least one new person. Highly recommend.
