When they arnt "doing food right now" during lunch hr🤨🙄 11/19 @1pm... update - reply to the owner 11/21/23 most days "usually during the morning shift I rarely ever have any issues at this location. Its actually one of my favorite locations at this time but I just couldn't believe I got this reply from the lady working the window "sry im not doing food right now". how as a fast food restaurant during lunch hr can you decide you arn't going to serve food? now I worked burger king back in high school and they used to time the drive through from the minute the customer stopped at the speaker to the time they got there food and drove off, they would "compete for drive through time" so I have to wonder if "not serving food" was out of just lazy / hating your job, or was it in an attempt to get that dive through time or was the whole kitchen out of power, maybe out of food? idk it all just seemed odd to me that , that was there response to us trying to grab a quick lunch on our way to our next job... I also find it hard to believe the place didn't have a single thing on a menu that has around 12 different items.... All the same, I still go every morning and overall have very little to complain about

I love Tim's and I come here almost everyday. In recent weeks though I think some of the window Staff have been rude. Today 7/5/23 was no exception. They had trouble taking my drive thru order which was a 2for$6 and an Ice Coffee. I was handed drink and 1 sandwich. I told her it was 2 and she told me it wasn't. Got me another and charged me for another single sandwich. Upon leaving she was muttering smart stuff. That is all!

Excellent location near to Park Ridge Hospital and McCormick & the Rehab Centers. I would always get a coffee or donut before hospital or Rehab visits. However, the stores hours are shorten, I was waiting twice in the cold emergency unit for over 8 hours and longing for a hot cup of coffee. This T Horton was closed with a sign- no employees - forced to shut down early. Plus the next morning did not open at 6-7 am. Little to nothing open nearby for good cup of coffee,

Quite frankly one of the best Tim Horton's I've been too! I travel throughout most of the eastern seaboard and the service, attention to detail, cleanliness I experienced at this particular location was second to none. Fast service with a smile!!! The manager, Christina i believe was truly awesome! She was attentive to my needs and made my latte super yummy! Kudos to Tim Horton's for hiring her!
