Lady at counter did not ask if I wanted to dine in or if I was taking out….did not ask what size meal I wanted nor if I wanted cheese on my roast beef sandwiche….lobby was messy….
This place in Henrietta NY They make the best chicken sandwich and all the fries mmmm delicious . The staff are great ,the cooks too. I recommend you to go and taste the great Arby's .. I could eat the two for seven everyday if I could .

The manager Dante really helped me out when I got the wrong order. He was extremely friendly and helpful through the entire process of getting my meal replaced! The customer service here is phenomenal and the food is great!

The service at this location has greatly improved lately. Service is fast. Drive thru is friendly. Food is fresh and warm. Dante has been very fast and friendly. I'm routinely returning to this location thanks to Dante's customer service and the improved team. Thank you Arby's and Dante!
We went through the drive thru and had to wait an awfully long time for just two cars ahead of me. My daughter got the wings & curly fries. They were OK! The fries were a little dry!
Food was delicious, service was very fast and friendly! The seating inside was all pretty dirty and the floor was sticky, but that might've been because we were there during the lunch rush. Otherwise highly recommend!
