Ihop

I saw a lot of negative reviews for this particular IHOP, so I didn't have much expectation when I walked in there on one Sunday Morning. And I was shocked. There was plenty of rooms and plenty of staffs as well (unlike what people had been saying on not having enough staffs, although I don't know if it's a recent improvement! ). I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes ( I think you actually need this time to decide on the menu). The waiter who served us was very very friendly and the meal came in very quickly. I really don't have anything to complain about their service. I took one star off because I felt it's more on the pricy side, although the food was delicious.

Food was great and staff was very friendly. But definitely the place is understaff. Two ladies managed it well but felt sorry for them for doing everything. Pancakes were super soft. We had a Mexican one with churros and it was extremely sweet. Too sweet per person and we were craving for something spicy afterwards.

The places of food are great. Just know there could be a long line of Sundays or Saturdays but the food I say is worth it. I got the breakfast sampler which consists of about 2 of everything eggs, sausage, pancakes with some coffee. The waiters were very friendly throughout the whole thing. And very happy to fix something if it was off. Loved the place will definitely be coming back at another date.

Been here twice now around 11 am. Didn't really have to wait. The first time our server was great, she was friendly and prompt with getting our drink and food orders. But the second time our server took about 10 minutes to come to our table and was clearly not happy to be there or serve my family and I. But she was treating an older couple near us perfectly fine. She didn't bring any extra plates for my wife and I to share with our kids until we asked. We didn't even get napkins and my kids are 2 and 4. However both times the food was good and cooked accordingly I just think some of the servers need some work.
