Rude customers service at drive through this morning. This is now their One cream coffee due to their machines being calibrated like so. Instead of fixing the problem the girl is rude. They should "recalibrate" their machines and the person working at the window.(10am)

I had the Fall Peach Coconut Milk Refresher. It was very good. Yummy peach and coconut with a hint a cinnamon. It's not what you would think of for your typical fall beverage, but I think pumpkin spiced everything is a bit meh, so this hit the spot for me. It's definitely worth a try. I would order it again.

There wasn't anyone at the front counter when I went in. And there was another girl there waiting to give somebody that works there something and she was just standing around too. This location doesn't have any soup or chili but they do make wraps.
Ever since the lockdows
All of the locations in the Rochester area close really early. This one closes at 5:00 p.m. it stinks that you're stuck with convenience store coffee if you need to be up late.

I stopped at the Brockport store and got an iced coffee but they forgot to add the red velvet flavor I paid for. I happened to be Doordashing near this store and they graciously gave me red velvet syrup to add even though it wasn't their mistake. The drive through staff were so kind as well, I wish I got their names so I could give them credit.

Was the fastest service in town on a Sunday late morning. Would have been quicker if the girl taking drive thru orders had remembered she is also supposed to checkout people at the window too

Very friendly staff, explained in detail about different type of coffees and how they are made. Also helped choosing one. We love Tim Hortons and this one is no different.
