Mcdonald's

I wanted to take a moment and praise the black female manager with the short hair at the lake Ave McDonald's on the positive and innate way she runs and leads the staff at the Lake Ave McDonald's. .( I didn't get her name unfortunately) I've been in the restaurant management field for well over 20 years and I rarely get to observe a manager with the kind of skills that she possess. The staff responds to her directions and she has a smile on her face that you can tell she takes pride in her job. It's been a long time since I've seen a person who has impressed me enough to take the time to write a review for the upper management team so they don't take her for granted. She is a fast tracker in my opinion and I have the experience with decades of time in the career of being around the restaurant management process to know a stellar employee when I see one. Just wanted to let you know that she impressed me enough to take the time to write this to the power's that be Sincerely, Matthew Morse

Just ran to order coffee.. Everyone was either coming out into dining area for breaks or to go outside I thought maybe they're shifts over.. Needless 2 say I was so disappointed because when I seen manager come into work area I just knew she'd acknowledged all of us in line waiting.. Never happened ,after 7mins of waiting I decided to leave.. Please please have better training for your employees and your managers, at times it seems as tho they think own the place ,even if they did P/R skills are a must!!!
