Tim Hortons

Waiting for my son to complete an evening program, I wanted a cozy drink to keep me and my book company. Honestly, they looked. Lose. Most TH's are closed this time of day 9n the east side of town. But they were open, and patient as I tried to get the new app to work so I could look at promos and discounts. They were willing to see if iced hot chocolate would work with the app promotion and adjust if it didn't. I appreciate their patience, and know we both understand the current promo 100% better. (She said that many have had problems with the new app update -phew! It's not just me. I haven't used it in months, and I was relieved to hear I wasn't the only customer having problems.) The iced/frozen hot chocolate was delicious and I have something tasty to enjoy while I wait for my son. Helpful, patient service, and everything was great.

Despite Tim Hortons being a very left leaning coffee place from Canada, I love them. I know they are very LGBTQ+ friendly, but their coffee tastes perfect for the price. The women who work here have been very kind to me and patient enough to listen to my problems. It's almost therapeutic going here for a coffee. Guys who work here, sure know how to help you on a day when your brain just isn't working right <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

We placed an order inside and waited for our food. We were given the wrong combination of timbits and when we let an associate know about it, he was more than helpful getting us what we wanted! Kenny also saw us sitting waiting for our sandwiches and asked us if we were waiting on more food, as there must have been a mix up and our sandwiches weren't made. Again, he was just a pleasure to work with and could not have been more helpful! To be honest, all of the associates we worked with were very nice. We will, for sure, be coming back here
