Pizza Hut

I have had it up to here with poor customer service. I ordered an original stuffed crust pizza for carry out. When I went to eat my favorite part, the crust, the cheese was orange. Thinking that Jim (James) gave me the wrong order, I called only to be told that corporate sent the wrong cheese. I asked if he would be able to call another pizza hut that can accommodate my order, he refused. I get that it's just pizza and it's no big deal. BUT... I could've ordered a $5 pizza from Little Caesar's if I just wanted a pizza. But I willingly spent $20 for a pizza hut experience and was surprisingly disappointed. A simple disclaimer upon ordering or at least an admission at pick up would've sufficed. Best wishes.

Wow a year later still they dont answer their phone. Order online and didnt get my pizza!!!! don't know why I keep going back to the Ridge Road location, they are almost always rude. Hardly ever pick up the phone, i've been to the call center many times and it's frustrating. The last time they delivered it took almost an hour which is acceptable to me considering they are always under staffed but it didn't come with any marinara sauce for the double order of breadsticks. The driver said he would bring some out when he leaves to deliver again and the driver never showed up. The pizza is usually good for the most part but go to dewey, you are a litter better off there

ordered 3 times from this place on-line - I like thin & crispy crust, my husband likes thick crust and orders pan. 2 out of 3 times, we got the exact same thick crust which certainly isn't thin and crispy and doesn't appear to be pan, either. Tried to call twice to complain, phone was never answered. I was mad enough to get in the car and drive up there just to find out there was one young woman there by herself trying to do everything (except delivery). I don't blame her, she's working her behind off trying to do the right thing for probably little over minimum wage. I see from other reviews, this is common place at this location. Whoever owns this place deserves to go out of business, they sure won't get mine again.

The WORST pizza hut. Every time I order from here it's nothing but problems. They don't answer the phone, the shift manager (big older guy with grey hair) is a liar and completely rude, he literally yelled at me tonight. He's lied twice about being out of dough, TWICE, as in 2 separate occasions. (How does that happen?) Just whatever, I'm sure everyone has a ridiculous story about this place. Ordering pizza should NEVER be drama.

I wish you could give a store NO stars. I ordered 2 big dippers box sets. Here's how my experience went at the location on West Ridge Road. The confirmation email said my food would be delivered at 905pm. It finally arrived at 915pm. Not only was it 10 minutes late, but the delivery driver, Shawn was speeding down my street. I live in a residential area and there are kids, people walking pets and older adults. Then they forgot one of my soda which when I asked Shawn the driver about it, he said only one soda was on my receipt. I thought maybe that would be the worst of it until I opened the boxes and see its all the marinara sauces when I was supposed to get the 2 sets of explorer sauce. So I call the store on west ridge road and speak with Jim who is the manager on duty at the time and tell him my complaints and issues. The whole time he is being rude. Then he tells me that they will give me a credit for my purchase for the full amount, and the driver will be bringing me my drink they forgot but can not bring me a copy of my credit. When I asked about the Explorer sauces he tells me that they are all out and he called the customers to let them know. I told him I never got a call and he said "I thought I called them all". Then he tells me he can not credit me back for the full purchase amount of 52.63 and they can only credit me back 40.00 of it. At this point, I will not ever use that pizza Hut or another pizza Hut again. I will be calling on Wednesday to speak with the general manager Dave and let him how how horrible my experience was with this location. Hopefully they will work on customer service skills. Update on my review.... I spoke with the district manager who was just as rude and lacks the same customer service skills as the manager. I will never order from there again nor will I ever refer someone to them again.

I sat outside of my house for over an hour and the food never showed up. When I called to ask what was going on, they told me that they showed up and nobody came to the door. I would have bought the excuse if I wasn't ten feet from my door the whole time. The person I spoke to took a defensive tone when I told him that they must have gone to the wrong address and was able to refund my money when I threatened a charge-back. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.
