The place is generally clean on the inside. Can't say the same for the outside. Service is pretty quick in the mornings when I've gone. Really enjoy the Duncan hot chocolate.

Alize was real nice she fixed my order with love and even if it was my mistake she did all she can to show me kindness and made mine and my moms day. We love coffee but it’s even better with a little extra sweetness <3

Only 4 stars cuz she put sugar not sweet n low in my iced coffee and the hours for dine in are wrong on google,but other then that wonderful service, fresh food, the sunrise blend coffee is amazingly smooth and tasty, they let me walk thru the drive thru, they let me in to dine even though they were not open yet, overall the employees were super friendly

Usually the experience at this dunkin is something I wouldn’t necessarily comment on but today the gentleman that took my order and made my coffee was so polite. My cold brew and my mom’s iced latte were really good. When he asked if I wanted my receipt I should of grabbed it so I could of caught his name and did the online survey.

Stopped for a latte but the milk steamer is broken, so none to be had. The two ladies staffing the place are excellent with their customer service skills and apologized (not their fault either). They suggested the next one in line to the east, which I did try, but nobody there would wait on myself, or the other customer in the store. See that review for more details. At any rate, five stars once the machine is fixed!

So the staff were working really hard very busy location and they are great. The young man who made my latte made it perfect and the donuts late in the day still tasted very good and fresh. The one thing I will say is that the customers they have to deal with are the problem. Not patient and lack of social skills making demands at these staff that are working hard as hell trying to make a living. I'm juts saying the staff here are calm and cool.

Had the same server two days in a row and she was awesome. Very friendly.. remembered us the next day and made the experience fun. Food and drinks were delicious as usual (although the hash browns could use some work).

Great drive-thru experience. Inside is a little sparse, and hasn't been upgraded like many of the other local Dunkin Donuts. There's a pretty large parking lot as well, so lines in the morning don't get backed up too much.
