Inside is great, food great. Employees are awesome. It's definitely a good Dukin location. Unfortunately, the drive-through STINKS! SUPER SMALL/TIGHT.

Friendly staff and Quick positive experience. I would've rated it a 5 but my bacon had absolutely no heat. It was cool to touch. Some may like cold bacon

Guy who took my order in the drive-thru was awesome, he was patient, courteous, and helpful! The young woman who cashed us out at the window didn't say two words to us and I thanked her three times once for every item she handed to me...I got nothing back ...kinda ruined the good that the big guy did...sometimes people's smallest reactions can make a big difference.

I like this one because it’s got a fast drive through and you don’t block up a road. Staff was fast and they got my order right. Have been here many times and will continue to come back when in ROC.

I visit this Dunkin often on my way to work and it is very efficient. The drinks and food is prepared consistently well. The staff is very polite especially since this visit is usually before 7 am.

Served quickly and politely. Order was accurately prepared. However, it was very difficult to hear the speaker, whose audio was at an almost inaudible volume. This made ordering harder than it had to be. This location appears to get infrequent business, and rarely has lines.

The weekday crew is much more efficient than the weekend crew. You will wait much longer on a Saturday or Sunday than you will m-f. Orders are always right. No complaints otherwise.
