My daughter loved going here for her birthday party. Now her sister wants to have hers here too. Very professional and kind to everyone. They did a great job.

They checked in on us several times to check if we needed anything, and went above and beyond to really make her whole day!
This location was absolutely spotless, with multiple hand cleaning stations. We were actually the only family there at the time, so we had the run of the whole place! The pizza was delicious but small and pricey. The games were a lot of fun, but again pricey with very little reward for the children.

We came for a birthday party. They do a great job with the kids and they had a blast. The place was very clean and looked to be very safe. I was very impressed with the staff and how organized it was.
I have to give 5 stars. The staff, service and cleanliness were all amazing. We drove in from Buffal area so was expecting the only Rochester location to be larger, but they made baby girl feel on the top of the world. Thanks Cheese! We'll visit again when in the area.
I came on a Monday for a qick game for my niece's 4th bday, Haley helped us out, sweetest, kindest lady ever in the history of Chuck e cheese ever, we need more people like her..I rarely write reviews, I feel like she needs this because she's rare ❤️ ♥️

They did a wonderful job for my sons 3rd Birthday party. The hostess made everything easy for us. Pizza was great, place is very clean, love the security settings they have in place. And was very affordable for a Birthday party.
Still our 4 year olds avorite place and our 2 year old is growing to like it too. Pizza, curros and cotton candy help too.
There pizza is surprisingly good. Kids enjoy the unlimited games for the hour and it is just the right amount of time before I need to get out of there...lol. Don't go on a weekend unless you are prepared for a large crowd.
My adult daughter still loves to go to Chuck E Cheese. We had some tickets to use so we came and she had the boneless wings which she loves! But the prices for the food are so expensive ! I love the way they run the games now. You get a wristband which is reloadable. And you pay a certain amount

I took my four almost five year old he enjoyed himself its very different from what I remember you would get coins and tickets ect now you buy what looks like a debit card and use that to play the games like you tapa certain spot with card I would have been confusing for him if I wasn't doing it for

A fairly inexpensive way to entertain the kids with a good selection of games for all ages. Was a fun way to bond with the kids and forget about being an adult for the time being. Birthday party prices are among the best in the Rochester area for a child's party
