Overall was good experience. The pizza is relish. However having to pay 2.50 for an extra cup is ridiculous, the prices are a bit high as it is and I wanted the kids cups for my grandkids and had to pay 1.79 extra which was fine as they can bring them back for free refills. But we had 2 adults and they wanted to charge 2.50 for one extra cup. That's crazy.
This place is awesome! My kids and grandkids love love love it :) it great we plan for the whole day eat dinner buy lots of tokens let them run of tons of energy and they sleep all the way home even our big Kids love this place it's always a great time for everyone ;) highly suggest for newborn to 100 years old tons of fun for everyone alike, something for everyone �
My daughter loved going here for her birthday party. Now her sister wants to have hers here too. Very professional and kind to everyone. They did a great job.

They checked in on us several times to check if we needed anything, and went above and beyond to really make her whole day!
This location was absolutely spotless, with multiple hand cleaning stations. We were actually the only family there at the time, so we had the run of the whole place! The pizza was delicious but small and pricey. The games were a lot of fun, but again pricey with very little reward for the children. All in all a great experience with perks for adults as well.
Y 6year old definitely loves this place all she talks about gets too many people and can't play certain games and don t get the full use of your play pass cuz people wait to play a game or ride a ride ect... But when we went their the first time had a birthday party all the kids had the time of their lives so much to do when it's notñ crowded the second time got so frustrated with all the people twisting. And turning shoulder to shoulder kids and people running into you they should put a limit on how many people can attend the kids bday party like 20 cuz these one people literally had 45 people at the little baby girls party turning one this is not a place for 1 year old barely two ...my opinion.....I have fun here as well tho a lot of the adults have just as much in as the kids I would highly recommend this place to go have fun with the kids and to throw a little birthday party if it's not crowded. staff was awesome my birthday waitress girl was great kind and very friendly
We came for a birthday party. They do a great job with the kids and they had a blast. The place was very clean and looked to be very safe. I was very impressed with the staff and how organized it was.
I have to give 5 stars. The staff, service and cleanliness were all amazing. We drove in from Buffal area so was expecting the only Rochester location to be larger, but they made baby girl feel on the top of the world. Thanks Cheese! We'll visit again when in the area.
I came on a Monday for a qick game for my niece's 4th bday, Haley helped us out, sweetest, kindest lady ever in the history of Chuck e cheese ever, we need more people like her..I rarely write reviews, I feel like she needs this because she's rare ❤️ ♥️

They did a wonderful job for my sons 3rd Birthday party. The hostess made everything easy for us. Pizza was great, place is very clean, love the security settings they have in place. And was very affordable for a Birthday party.
Still our 4 year olds avorite place and our 2 year old is growing to like it too. Pizza, curros and cotton candy help too.
