More of a McDonald's issue but the 2 line 1 window drive up is not a good method unless you stagger orders better. Also app order pick ups should have a better way to pick up instead of waiting in the same line as people placing their orders. Maybe a separate line or pick up inside or check when you're on site and have your food brought out to you.

15min in drivethru during dinner service for a happy meal and the damn happy meal wasn't even made right. They put an empty fry container in the bag with zero fries and they gave me the bag and immediately closed the window.

Was hoping that the upgrade would improve service. Constantly screwing up orders. Last night my husband picked up 1 happy meal and 2 salads. The happy meal was missing the drink and the salads looked like they took one piece of chicken and split it between 2 salads. He was already home and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of going back.

I just went through the drive thru not too long ago and asked if they were serving lunch yet because another restaurant starts serving lunch at 10:30 am. I had the person give me attitude saying nope it starts at 11 am. Usually no big deal....right?! Should have been done and over with by that point. I made my food order and paid for the food with no problem. I then pulled up to the window to pick up my food and found the window open with employees making fun of the woman asking about lunch at 10:30 instead of 11. Not only is this not appropriate conduct of an employee but you just lost business. No one should have to put up with that kind of attitude. You want 15 dollars an hour?! Try giving your customers some level of respect and don't talk crap about them in that manner.
