Tim Hortons

I went through the drive-thru on 12/09/2023 around 8 AM and was blessed with Marquan's presence. Marquan was cheerful, peppy, and very entertaining. I was smiling and laughing from the time I ordered, until the time I drove away. Keep being you, Marquan - and thank you for the great service today!!

Most of my chain reviews just say "its a wendys" but this Tim Hortons is always super friendy and helpful. Today it was Marquise, who did a great job offering food suggestions, because they were out of steak paninis. He was in a jovial mood and it was clear that he enjoys being there. He should get a raise, and corporate should look at what's happening there and help to spread that enthusiasm around.

Went to this location on 4th of July. Women who took order was nice and order came out good. The service was super quick and the employees were all friendly! The cook (not sure of his name) was so nice and made our food in no time! Lots of seating if you want to dine in. The iced vanilla coffee I got with cream (no sugar) was tasty but maybe less cream next time since it was more milky colored. Overall a good experience here even on a holiday!

Greetings: A 'great place' to have 'coffee & donuts' with 'family, friends or by yourself'...! The 'staff' is exceptionally welcoming, and '99 times out of 100' always remembers your '1st name' (...even when you come into the 'restaurant-cafe' wearing a 'covid-face mask'...). And best of all...you can remain 'as long as you want (...after you 'have ordered & paid' for your food...) without wearing the 'covid-face mask. For example...I remained in the 'establishment' on 25 January 2022 for 'approximately' four to five hours while waiting for the 'brakes' on my '2007 Ford Focus' to be serviced at DAN McDONALD AUTOMOTIVE Inc. SERVICE CENTER (...also located at 'the corner' of Howard Road at 1485 Buffalo Road in Gates, New York...). (...I might 'also mention' that 'police officers' from the NEW YORK STATE POLICE DEPARTMENT and the local GATES NEW YORK 🚔 POLICE DEPARTMENT also frequently come into this 'TIM HORTONS establishment'...so...I always 'feel safer' when I go there...!...). Guys I love your breakfast menu,but it is frustrating that you always seem to be out of hashbrowns. When I asked if they had hashbrowns ,I was told yes ,so I ordered an extra one. Then after waiting 15 mins or so another person told me that they were out of hashbrowns ,and I could get a donut and chips instead. I've so many frustrations on the lack of communication between the employees about what is available, and what isn't when I'm paying before hand. Besides that continuous lack of hashbrowns,and lacking of communication between the employees ,I enjoyed the courtesy and food. P.s. please keep hashbrowns stocked up ,I love them 😁
