If you haven’t stopped by Pontillo’s Mt. Hope lately…you are missing a lot of entertainment and really great pizza. The owner and staff Roberto were a ton of fun and did I mention the pizza was amazing! A neighborhood staple for sure! Great customer service!

Fast service (they quoted 45 minutes to an hour and delivered in under 30!) Friendly staff with feeling of that good old mom and pops place! Will definitely try their pizza again! Only in the area for an overnight for business but this place is now on the maps!

One of the best fish fries I've ever had.
I have lived in Rochester all my life. After seeing the banners for fish fry as I pass the Mt. Hope location on my commute I decided I needed to try one. Last night we ordered fish fry for everyone in my house. All five were perfect.
Palmer's is their supplier, but the fry on this one was far superior. It's a thinner coating of batter that is absolutely packed with flavor. Extra crispy without even a hint of being burnt. Not bready at all. The batter didn't hold extra oil, so you know that it was allowed to rest properly after frying.
There are better places for pizza in my opinion. But I'll be coming back here for the fish fry often.

Rude person at the counter. The bottom of a pizza in a couple of spots was charred unevenly cooked.

I stopped in there today and was able to get one very quickly that was delicious and a good size. And a friendly worker! What more can you ask for in a slice?

I have tried the cheese, pepperoni and cheese, one with sausage, and their white pies; all had an amazing taste. Friendly customer service to top it off. Not all of the Pontillo's locations maintain the original quality, this one definitely does.
If you're looking for a quality pie with good/unique flavor you can't go wrong with try his Pontillo's

I made a random pizzeria choice to order 2 sheet pizzas, a white pizza and 10 wings.
It was the greatest choice possible!
I haven't seen wings this size in years! Juicy, tender, meaty, tasty...there aren't enough great adjectives available for this review!
My white pizza was phenomenal as well.
The staff here at Wilmot Cancer Center told me they loved their sheet pizzas...(an unexpected surprise to thank them for amazing care)!!

Moved into the area recently and of course I had to check out the local Pontillo's. The owner is awesome - very friendly and nice. Told me his is the original recipe, unlike some of the other locations. I can't vouch for that, but what I can tell you is the pizza is fantastic! Some Pontillo locations are all crust - not here. You still get a nice substantial crust, but it's not overwhelming. Plenty of cheese and toppings too.

First timers from Ontario visiting the play museum. Delicious food, friendly service. Ordered 12 mild wings (kids in tow) and a Large pizza with 5 toppings. Pizza was perfectly cooked, nice crispy crust, sauce is very tasty and veggies placed nicely. The wings were cooked to perfection! Could be a bit more saucy, but we're very flavourful for a mild sauce. We will return here on our next trip to Rochester!

Great pizza place if you want great pizza delivered fast. If you happen to be in or around Strong Memorial they are a great choice for delivery. Their delivery person was really nice and remembered to grab plates even though we didn't ask for them. The pizza has a good sauce to cheese ratio.

I've had a lot of good pizza and wings in my day. Being in town on an extended work trip for two months, Pontillo's hit the spot when I got here. Zach and Jordan were crushing it tonight! Saturday night with a full moon and I was able to pick up in under a half an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better set of guys running that kitchen tonight. Thanks fellas 👌 🙏

Rick the owner kept his word! OMG they now have deli sandwiches hot soup on top of the most delicious wings and pizza. The Lobster bisque was fabulous!!

Good customer service the person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. Going in to get my food they made me feel welcomed talking and interacting with me. The food was hot and good my baby loved it. We will be back soon
