Stopped in for the Veterans Day special which was a nice offering. I asked for gravy to dip my fries in and offered to pay for it as I love their gravy. Unfortunately when I arrived at work I found no gravy. Ended up not eating the fries. Oh well.

The food at this Bill Gray's is comparable to the other locations. Some of the staff gives off major "why are you bothering me" vibes, when simply trying to order food. Had one cashier complain that she was supposed to leave soon so she didn't want to take anyone else's order... while I was standing there waiting. I've worked in food service so I get it. Just need to avoid that kind of stuff in front of customer's waiting at the register. Overall, I would say your best bet is ordering take out because the food is still delicious!

Had to stop when we saw it. The closed the one in buffalo and missed it. This location didn't disappoint. Food was awesome.

Works best cheeseburger! Nice staff, clean tables, food was good, burger and the chicken sandwich. Fries are nice too not that salty. A classic.

French fries were overcooked or re-fries. It was the the french fries that I was looking forward too.
Restrooms totally neglected. Tables and seats were not clean. I would give 1 star for overall for cleanliness.

I've updated my rating. Bill Gray's has been a staple in Rochester forever. They have been known for their amazing burgers. Lately their burgers have been dried out and just not the same anymore. However, most recently I've seen an improvement in the quality and raised my rating.
I will also add that they sometimes refry their french fries. They charge a lot for french fries, so I'd expect to receive fresh fries, not refried ones.
