Come on Shimmy's. Get it together! I love your food, and so do others. However, there has not been a change with the negatives. Are you reading your remarks, and listening to the people? As good as your food is, it doesn't secure your success, particularly If you're lacking in areas that matter

Today was the 3rd time i went to Shimmys and each time was worse than before. The food is good but the customer service and service is lousy. There is no reason why at 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon they should be out of mac n cheese and preparing more. I'm not here to diagnose what their problem
