We ordered delivery it came quick and hot. Medium pizza with onions and banana pepper the veggies were fresh and pizza was baked perfectly. My husband loves the hot buffalo wings and personally the hot honey sauce is absolutely delicious. Will continue to order from here !
They’ve delivered on time, multiple times. With their coupons it’s a nice deal for decent pizza! Delivery driver was very nice. When you use coupons, pay it forward to the delivery driver!
Having recently moved to the Rochester area, this was our first time having one of Mark's Pizza's.
Both food and service were outstanding. I did NOT eat-in, only picked up so can't comment on the atmosphere. The pizza was very delicious 😋, with lots of ingredients and flavor. Would I return.... absolutely!

Having just recently moved to the Rochester area, I only saw the advertisement for MARK'S PIZZERIA on TV. Said to my wife, "that's a pizza we have not tried yet." I Googled the restaurant and found a shop only 1.5 mi away. I went in to the store, ordered, and waited for my order to be cooked.
When ready, took it home, and began to enjoy and really study how it was made. First; It was a FANTASTIC PIZZA! Second; Crust was cooked through, but not burned. The ingredients were plentiful, (and evenly spread/placed) and most importantly, it was HOT 🔥!! The gentleman at the front counter who took my order and served me, VERY POLITE, and COURTEOUS. I asked if the store had a "take out menu", he found one on a table behind the front counter and gave it to me. The comment the gentleman said prior to my walking out was awesome, "Welcome to the Rochester area to you and your wife, and I hope you enjoy your pizza, and we see you again."
I only wish I got his name to recognize him in this write-up. Young man, as I said, the pizza was fantastic and YES, you will being seeing me again.. (I love PIZZA)!
The Buffalo chicken pizza is my all time favorite and customer service is A plus..
We go to Mark’s in Gates often. We’ve never been disappointed! The service is great, the pizza is good and they have great coupons online. We ordered pizza from them on Superbowl Sunday and even though the place was packed with people waiting for their orders, they handled everything professionally and with a good attitude! Thank you Mark’s!!!
I got a pepperoni slice and it was fresh our of the oven! Boy o boy there's nothing better!!!
My parents like to go here whenever we go for pizza. We have never been disappointed into food that we have received. I give it four stars because there's always room for improvement.
I love I mean love....love this marks. Food is always fresh. The pizza has the best sauce to cheese ratio. The pasta dinners are delish. They are always great on the phone dealing with customers.
Fantastic pizza and even better customer service. They always go above and beyond to assist and if there was nothing wrong they always correct or do what they can to make it right. I rarely have issues but it feels good not to worry if I do knowing they will do all they can to help. Also super fast pick up and delivery
