I was visiting Rochester and this pizzeria was across the street from the hotel. Decided to give it a shot. Upon entering, it felt homely. They had an interesting setup and the gentleman at the counter would read out orders via a PA system basically. It was different from other restaurants I've been to. He also greeted all the regulars by name and would ask them "The usual?" It showed great customer service. The food was also very tasty. Would definitely visit again if I ever come back to the area.
Great find! Here just for day. I walked by on a walk of the city and came back after my walk. Did not disappoint! Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, and great food! Hope I'm back soon to the area.
I was staying at the Holiday Inn on State Street in Downtown Rochester when I noticed an Open sign flashing in a little window across the alley. I took a walk over, and was pleasantly surprised. Their menu is extensive, along with the list of daily specials. I opted for the Chicken Cordon Bleu wrap, and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly, the service was good, and the restaurant was clean. I highly recommend this hidden gem if you’re ever in Downtown Rochester.
The owner, Tony was at the counter upon arriving at Galleria Pizza. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. My order was ready immediately and he made the process smooth. A terrific little restaurant! Highly recommend! Food was outstanding!!

Best Ruben sandwich I’ve had in years. Friendly staff and lots of choices. You won’t be disappointed.
Love this place. Tony is awesome and very nice! The staff are amazing, and work to make sure your food is cooked right and fast. Sometimes, you have to try and get there before it gets super busy because there is a wait, but the food is worth it. I've had a variety of food here, and each dish has been good to me.
The biggest issue is finding parking, you have to pay for street parking, and right now, with the construction downtown, it makes it difficult to find parking and make it in. But when I'm downtown for any reason I try and stop in for some food.

Great food, great value. Tony, the owner and operator is super friendly and welcoming, the staff too. The location is super convenient for any working professional downtown! Definitely a perk that makes working here better than the boring suburban office parks
