90 minutes and still waiting. Called once, told pizza was out for delivery and nearly with us. Called again, pizza just left the store. Manager no help whatsoever, said his staff just made a mistake. Lousy customer service, and not the first time. Wish we still lived near Nino's on Culver.
Update: Pizza and wings arrived after 100 minutes. All cold. Called again and got an actual manager. $20 credit and, more importantly, an apology. Review upped to 4 stars ... Sauce is GREAT!

We came in 2 years ago and got the mama toni's plate pizza and I have been waiting for it again. 2 years later just as good as I remember. Wings were also awesome.

Some of the best pizza in Rochester. Not the cheapest, but damned good. Their pizza sub is highly underrated too.. its fantastic!
