Bruegger bagels is located in Wegmans Plaza on Long Pond rd and Latta rd in Greece ny. The Plaza is clean and safe.
They have one of the best beagles in town and always fresh and delicious.

Love Breuggers. The costumer service and quality of the food is always spectacular. However, I find myself stopping less frequently at all Breuggers locations because of their decision to get rid of the dine-in seating.
I realize that a lot of people order to go these days, but that is not the case for everyone. When I'm looking for a place to go out to lunch with friends or family, Breuggers is no longer the first place that comes to mind. I would like to be able to enjoy their delicious food without having to eat it in my car or take it home. I sincerely hope that Breuggers reconsiders the removal of dine-in seating, because I would certainly be visiting more frequently if there was a place for me to sit and eat. I know this is the case for several others as well.

The manager was closing the store when I walked in....I did not realize he was closing! He was very kind and gave me what he was going to throw out, so I could still have bagels for my party! I am a customer for life!

I love the authentic NYC style bagels and the cream cheese is unique, but good. My only complaint is the bagels are cooked to different degrees depending on your visit. The staff are always friendly and remember your order if you come frequently enough. Sean manages a great store and Amber is another great employee!

While standing in line waiting to order I seen a girl with a long braid in the back of the kitchen washing dishes. I was so pleased to see her cleaning them thoroughly. This made me feel very comfortable to eat here being my first time. I can tell she was actually into her job, and that she wasn’t doing a half job. I watched her for about 3 minutes doing the best that she could.

I absolutely LOVE this Bruegger's! The staff is so friendly and fun every time I go in. Even when the line is wrapping around the restaurant, they keep cool heads, work quickly and accurately, and make sure everyone is taken care of. My orders have always been accurate, and I appreciate them asking questions if they have to double check something about the order. Great staff, great service, great food!

At first I was kept waiting for a B.E.C. but they had realized before it took long and brought my food right out after they realized and along with a free cookie to accommodate for the wait time, Sean and his workers are a great team even when there’s lots of traffic in and out.

I used to work here back around 2017 and was awarded for being the best bagel maker in the Greater Rochester area. Having left some two years ago, I decided to try again recently and was pleasantly surprised. Incredibly hospitable, speedy service and great quality.

I ordered breakfast this morning through DoorDash & let me tell you I was not happy when my order showed up incomplete.. I called the store and Sean, the store manager, was extremely apologetic & extremely helpful - so nice that I decided to put through my order again not even a half hour later.
What I got next is the reason I am leaving a 5 star review. Not only did Sean replace my sandwich that was missing but he sent bagels and cookies as well. He also made sure I was happy and gave me a call as soon as my order was delivered. He truly when above and beyond.

To make a long story short, I was compensated for a previous mistaken order with two sandwiches of my choice. I chose the Herby Turkey, and the Hot Pastrami sandwiches. They were both excellent, with the pastrami overwhelmingly a great sandwich. Sean, the manger, order both sandwiches be made with extra meat. This customer, and wife, are so grateful! Thank you Sean!!

Brueggers is always top notch. Took a field trip here in my younger days... maybe another location but everything is always fresh. Cant tell you how amazing the staff was today. So much energy and just amazing small talk in between ordering and paying. I genuinely love when I can chat with the staff while I wait. I'll really eat or drink anything no matter the quality, but when I can have a solid interaction with the wprkers.. thats what really hits the spot.
