Stopped in to grab a drink and a muffin. Store was clean when I walked in and an associate was mopping the floor, counters and tables all looked clean. Associate at the counter was very friendly, and my order was accurate. My drink, a mango pineapple green tea refresher, is very good, and my muffin tasted like it was baked this morning. I wish the other Dunkins in Henrietta were this good.

I always like their coffee, and the donuts and coffee here are really good. They live up to the Dunkin Donuts name. Nothing in particular makes this one stand out more than others.

The staff was courteous and efficient in getting the orders correct and in a timely manner. However I felt the dining area wasn't well kept up. Coffee spills on tables and food/wrappers on the floor. Sadly did see other customers leave their garbage out on tables vs using the receptacles.

We tried the new pancake wrap with egg and bacon, and with sausage and egg: delicious, especially when dipped in the yummy Mrs. Butterworth syrup! Only complaint: it's on the small size but likely good for a treat in the "finger food" category. Really, a good pancake; light and fluffy inside, golden brown outside.
Also tried the sourdough breakfast sandwich. Wondering if it's meant to be a "healthier" option since the outrageously good "Big & Toasty" has left the building? If so, it is healthier but nothing, IMHO, could ever satisfy like the demised sandwich. Ah well. Calories matter.

It seems like they updated their staff, so its been better. Their was a wicked employee who had no problem complaining in front of us about being short staffed. I get it, id be upset too, but once my customer has left would I voice my frustration.
