Went in Dunkin this afternoon what a difference new staff is very friendly. We will be back now knowing we can receive the customer service we deserve. Everyone was very friendly and focused on customer service.

The employees have always been very helpful and nice, no matter how busy they are. I never feel rushed ( my eyesight is terrible so it's hard to read the menu) and when I ate inside today I was surprised how quiet it was, even when they had a line of people come in to order!!!! THAT'S WHY I CAME BACK TO EAT 3 DAYS IN A ROW!¡¡!
