This is our first time there. Garbage plate, milkshake and the burger was good. We had stake sub. It was not good at all. It was just meat and cheese sauce. quesadilla was not ok. But not the best. Price was very reasonable.

Got there around 9 pm, the dining room was closed which I learned was due to staffing issues. I ordered the 2x4 with Hamburger meat, Home Fries and Macaroni Salad. The food was everything I imagined and one of the reasons I wanted to stop by Rochester. Absolutely crushed the food.

Tried my first garbage plate! Personally am not a fan of Macaroni Salad, although the home-cooked fries and burger was delicious! The resturant itself, all be it small was cozy, well put together for the space it offers and the overall feel was good. Interesting that they notify through phone texts. Open for Dine-In during the pandemic. If you are looking for a decent meal at a good price during all this. Definitely drop by Wimpy's

Why can I not get a cheese dog! This is the second time I have asked and I can not get cheese on my hot dog...is it hard to do? Can someone please tell me if this a #rochesterny rule..WOW...I finally came back for more 3 years later. Very busy but we had no problems getting in and out fast. I tried the Greek chicken wrap meal deal it was perfect. I see a lot of new menu options.

Never cared for a garbage plate before I tried theirs. Would eat it again in a heartbeat! We have been there twice for burgers and shakes. Food was great both times! The girl at the counter didn't seem to happy to be there, but everyone was still very helpful. Food was ready fast, too
