Came in today place a order for large tuna notice how clean sandwich station was from the worker . I asked the worker her name said it was lily told inleave review for great service as well . My card had security lock on it and she was very patient with me and kind . Store looks great

Never liked the subway until I walked into this place. The friendly lady made me a great tasting sandwich. Will drive here back from New York City just to experience it again!

I ordered BOGO which can only be ordered online for pickup using the subway app or the subway website. You can get delivery from GrubHub but you won't get the BOGO deal. You also will not get the BOGO deal ordering in-store.
there's something wrong with both the subway app and their website. Neither would allow me to sign in. After numerous attempts I finally realized that there was a guest checkout button. Using GUEST checkout my order went through - lost a half star.
When I arrived at Subway my food was ready to go. the counter person was great and handed me my food even though she was already helping others. At home I noticed the sandwiches seemed very fresh and well-made however there was a noticeable lack of the various vegetables that I had ordered. Everything was there, just in much smaller portions then I would have had if I ordered in the store - lost half a star.
overall it went pretty good and since it only cost me a little over $8 for two foot-long subs I was okay with it.
I will definitely order from this location again. I think I saw on the ordering menu where you can ask for extra.,. I just hope that that won't charge me more asking for extra everything.

Counter staff was a little flustered, but did a great job. Forgot to give me napkins, that's why only 4 stars. I usually go to the East Ridge location by Hudson, they're alot faster and friendlier over there!

Went in for food after a long day at work, was in a little bit of a bad mood but Jesus (The employee) made me feel like i was at a friends house not at a restaurant, he made me laugh and smile while he made my 4 subs for my family... No complaints at all other than he needs a raise... wish more people were like him

I didn't realize before going there to eat today, that they don't offer as many bread options now. Like, they did away with the hearty wheat bread altogether. They have 3 bread choices only now.
