We have had our company holiday party at Rick's Prime Rib since Phil and Stacey have owned it as well as baby showers, bridal showers and memorial breakfast. They do an awesome job and the service and food is fantastic.

Wow the best prime rib ever!! The decor was like stepping back to 1960s table cloths candles, lots of beautiful wood work. The food was outstanding, the staff was friendly and inviting, a very pleasant evening. The price was very reasonable, the quality if food was outstanding. We went there a couple of times once for a fish fry and another time for a great prime rib dinner.

My boyfriend and i went tonight for dinner. Exceptional service that you can only get in a locally owned restaurant. Service was above and beyond. Meal was fantastic. Waitress really seemed to want to be there, and we tipped very well. Classy, relaxing environment that allowed us to enjoy our meals and wine without feeling rushed out to accommodate someone else. Friendly staff. Personable. Definitely earned a returning customer from this couple!! Everything from the time we entered the building until the time we left was perfect. From where they suggested we sit, which was perfect for us, to how soon they came back to our table to order and checked on us, to going above and beyond for my order, to allowing us to savor our dinner, everything was great. I got the linguine clam sauce meal and he got the steak. Freaking delicious. His steak was incredible; everything from the salad to the main course tasted fresh and was appropriately to temp.

We chose Rick's to celebrate a dinner for my son who is returning over seas serving in the military. We had never eaten there before. We were treated like family! The staff and customers many who are regulars were friendly. The atmosphere and looks of the restaurant is very fancy. The food was good and priced fairly with unheard of seafood combinations

We were here for 3 hours! A party of 9. No reason for three hours. Everyone knew what we wanted to eat it, took a long time to take the order. Then it took almost one full hour for us to receive our dinner. That was after appetizers and after salad. No reason whatsoever for this delay. We do have to say the server was very kind and very accommodating. I don't know if it was a lack of help that she may or may not have had with the management but it was very poor to be there for that amount of time. The owner never came over to apologize for the delays in food or check. We never got an apology from server for delays either. Food was OK, a bit dry for a prime rib. I could have driven to Red Osier an extra 30 min and been home in the same amount of time and had a better prime rib.

Stood in the doorway entrance downstairs for quite a while before someone at the bar finally acknowledged I was there. Then he asked if he could help us rather than seat us or ask us how many we wanted a table for. He took a couple minutes before finding someone to seat us too. No hostess ever was there. The waitress was nice. Food was very good.

Excellent place for a nice dinner out with your spouse or a group. The atmosphere is relaxing and intimate. It's not too loud so you can have a conversation with a group. The food is superb. Appetizers we recommend are the bacon wrapped scallops, artichoke hearts and coconut shrimp. We had the prime rib and orange roughy, scallops and a pasta dish with clams. Excellent. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. You won't be disappointed with Rick's Prime Rib!!!

Oh my gosh! Our family had such A wonderful time and the food was delicious. Our service was great. The servers Josh and Amy were spectacular. I'm so glad that we all chose this place to celebrate our family's 70th birthday gathering for our loved one (dad/granddad). I look forward to returning.
