Moe's Southwest Grill

Over the last few years, this Moe's has fallen off in cleanliness. They no longer have a lobby attendant. The table needed to be wiped off, the trash was full, and the salsa station was a mess. I don't know if staffing is an issue, but the standards used to be much higher. The food is good, so that's why we keep going back.

Awesome fresh food - made the way YOU want it (no is not an answer you here from them; eg: Want 2 types of meat? Yes sir you can have that. Extra chips - sure!). Delicious! I love eating here - it's one of my go-to spots. Also they have one of those really cool super soda machines that makes like a thousand different types of drinks and has a touch screen.

So this is not a place I'd normally write a review on because to be honest I go to these type of places when I'm on the road. So today I walk in, and the meat "tofu" I ordered was low so they put a new set on.... which in my kind doesnt happen at a lot of places it's kinda you're SOL, out of luck, but they tell me to wait they'll put a new batch on for me. *that's rare* okay so I'm waiting for burrito and a mistake occured, they didnt fight me on it just immediately said let's make you a new one. Its nice when you see a place that's kinda the modern equivalent of a fast food place have customer service so close to the home. Crew members were great especially the guy in charge of the chips and guac. All in all good crew! Thanks for the great experience!
