Had a solid experience at Texas Roadhouse. Our food was tasty and our server was kind. I just wish that there was a bit more of an accurate connection between the virtual waiting line and what our hostess told us: the app said our table was ready but we still ended up having to wait. Regardless, the food was still good and my guests and I would go back 🙂
This restaurant is the best "oiled machine" I've been to! They are organized and efficient from start to finish! It's why the place is always crowded! The seating process is timely, the waitress was friendly and attentive, and the food was delivered as ordered and delicious! The table turn overs are amazing! They have a number of workers and each do their job with pride. The tables were wiped down, seats were wiped down, and untensils set quickly ready for the next patrons. This restaurant is very impressive!!
My mother and I dined at Texas Roadhouse on W Ridge Rd this past Thursday night, and we had excellent meals! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, so definite kudos for that!
I ordered the 16oz ribeye medium rare with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and a Caesar salad. My mother ordered the 14oz prime rib medium rare with a side of green beans and a baked potato.
Both of our steaks were cooked PERFECTLY! There was a beautiful char on my ribeye which gave it a ton of flavor. My mother's prime rib was juicy, tender, and very flavorful. Not pictured is the cactus onion appetizer we ordered which was also delicious (smaller than Outback's bloomin onion, but better tasting and better dipping sauce).
Very busy for a Thursday night at 5:15, but that's because everyone knows how great this place is!
Our first time there and it was a good experience. Keith was our server, he was official. He was on top of everything! We had bread. Our drinks were kept replenished. And he was very helpful in regards to the menu. Food was great. Delicious steak!
Always enjoy Texas Roadhouse. I tend to gravitate to their steaks, which are always prepared the way I like. The price is what you would expect for what you're getting. The staff is always friendly and I've always been greeted by the manager once per visit. It's lively inside and always welcoming. To top it off, the Cinnamon butter rolls never disappoint
Great Steaks and famous honey butter rolls. Usually busy do expect a wait.. Or go early.
The whole experience is excellent. From being able to view the different cuts of steak upon entering to being able to pay at the table with the digital kiosk.
Our server was energetic and friendly. Our order came out correct and we got a second basket of the excellent rolls and cinnamon butter.
My first time coming to this location and I must say... what a great experience. 🙂

Been here many times and we have enjoyed our meal every time. Sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait but worth it once you get your meal. The servers are very friendly and always check in to make sure drinks are filled. One of the best parts is the unlimited warm dinner rolls with cinnamon butter.
Our waiter (I wish I could remember his name) was amazing. The food, not great.
The chicken was dry and the mashed potatoes had a strange texture.
We would go back, maybe try a different protein.
