One of the most incredible places to get a burger! Hand cut fresh fries every day are absolutely delicious and salted extremely well. Milkshake if you have any room left in your stomach are also phenomenal. This place is an easy guilty pleasure anytime you need some greasy comfort food.

I have dined at pretty much every Five Guys in Rochester New York. And I can say that this location is the cleanest friendliest and most accommodating. The manager with the long dreads was very kind to my fiance's wishes on food preparation and the portion was awesome with the food in general. Even the girl that handed me my order was very courteous and really makes me want to eat another Burger LOL!

Food was great. Fries and Burgers are so good. I love that you can add so many toppings and really customize your burger. Especially happy about how they handle GF for those with Celiac disease. They change their gloves and you can see the food being made in front of you . The dining room was a little messy, hence the fewer stars. Overall, great meal.

My friend and I stopped into Five Guys for Burgers and Fries for lunch on the way home from church today. Still the best Burgers and Fries. Freshest! Never frozen meat and fries that were whole potatoes this morning. Service with a smile, even with a mask. Fast food worth leaving a tip, but even with a modest tip, two single-patty Burgers and a bag of Fries was $30. Talk about inflation!

This is one of the best Five Guys locations in the area. A spacious dining room with plenty of seating options outdoor and indoors. The food can come out slow, but since it is made to order it is understandable. The burgers are great. This location offers milkshakes, which were good but nothing spectacular. Great addition to the burger and fries model

A special shout out to the lunchtime crew on 9/27/19 - they were super friendly and super polite and I left with a smile on my face because of that. Keep up the great work!
